Our Story
Capture Photo Excursions was born out of a passion for landscape photography and the desire to share with others. Just as a dragonfly moves gracefully through its environment, we too must adapt to our surroundings. It is no wonder that the dragonfly is often used as a symbol for new beginnings and opportunities.
We believe that every aspect of our tours should reflect this spirit of exploration and adventure. We are thrilled to be a part of your photography journey and are dedicated to providing the best instructors at the most incredible places.

In May of 2024, Nicole Pino suddenly passed away.​ ​Everyone that met her, no matter how brief or extended, had warm impressions of her. Friends and clients all loved her. She was a wizard at organizing the intricacies of workshops so they ran smoothly. Nicole enjoyed blending her love of the outdoors and sharing it with others. From the years we chatted online over photography, to finally meeting her in person, becoming friends, going on photography adventures, and ultimately creating Capture Photo Excursions together, every interaction with Nicole was meaningful, positive, and inspirational. Nicole is greatly missed.
